Aim so the bottom left corner of the charge bar is in between the grey box on the wall and the bar on the wall and vertically aligned with the bottom left of the bar. (See picture 2!)

Shoot with 1 bounce and full red charge. It will land above window, and be hard to break for people in heaven because it came out of nowhere.

NOTE: This dart is actually quite unprecise, as long as the crosshair alignment is good you don't actually need to spend too much time lining up your standing spot.
