Aim the right tip of your left hud line half way between the left corner of the left lamp and the wall segment beside it.

Alternatively just aim at the corner of the left lamp with the same part of the hud line for a slightly worse one way.

Do an Instant jump throw, and this will create a one way for CT

WARNING: The timing for the instant jump is VERY precise. Don't use this without going into custom unless you are quite confident in your instant jump consistency.
