Stand against the wall behind the sun tile that let's you see around the corner (Image 1).

Aim at the tower in the background. It will have two yellow dots near the base of it. Place your cross-hair on the top one (Image 2).

Take one step forward, jump while moving, and throw at the apex of your jump. It will land on Heaven and allow you to push A site. (Image 3)
