Align your crosshair where the support meets the roof plank, closest to the inside corner on the right wall (Picture 4)

Jump throw. (Throwing while still going up works, throwing at the peak of the jump works and flies slightly lower so it could be a bit harder for people in long to tell where it is going to land, and throwing whilst descending will NOT work. Do whatever you are most comfortable with.)

In testing I have found that the enemies very rarely know where it is or shoot it if they have even remotely started scaling down A-along, but it does struggle to scan people hugging the left wall further down.
