The eye will land in A short looking down into Sewers. It is pretty shootable but its hard to tell its coming and will fairly often catch the enemies off guard as long as their not too far up short yet. If the enemies are too far up short, they will easily be able to react to and shoot the eye, and even if you do scan them, you wont be able to wallbang them from your position. You have to try and time it as the enemies enter sewer, I would recommend throwing it around 4-5 seconds into the round.
