Stand next to this crate in Mid (image 1) and place your wall as shown (check the minimap).

Look anywhere along the top of tube and running throw your smoke. (image 2)

The result is shown in image 3, this setup will allow you to push to B through Mid with Kitchen LOS blocked off (image 4) or you can push to Mid Boiler easily by exiting your smoke on different sides.
