Line up the final white line UI between the roof tile that's in line with the chimney (or the 5th roof tile down) and throw the thorn - no movement or and no jump required.

The thorn will land at the front of the A site.
STEP 3 OF 3Step 1
This lineup is to be used at the start of the round if you intend to be setup on the B site.
