Look all the way down and put your crosshair diagonal to the corner of the wall, then walk down until your crosshair is aligned with the little crack in the floor

Draw a sort of umbrella shape with the cone on the roof, then aim at the bottom part of the handle

Jump and time the camera with the lip of the roof (jump place the cam)
