Align the right tip of the left diamond under your charge bar to the tip of the rift as shown and shoot a 1-bar 0 bounce dart
STEP 2 OF 4Step 3
Pull your cursor straight down until the bottom tip of the same diamond meets the corner of the wall as shown and shoot a 0-bar 0 bounce dart while jumping (jump before you shoot)

No special timing required, do one after the other in quick succession.
