Stand in the right corner of market on top of the rubble next to the door leading to mid (Image 1).

Aim beneath the edge of the roof, and above the lantern (Image 2). It doesn't really matter where you put your crosshair so long as it's between the lantern and roof.

Fire at two bounces, max charge. It will land right on default. (Image 3)
