Stand behind the wall on B between mid and arches, look for this specific stone (image 1).

Align the center of the crosshair with the bottom right corner of the right brick where the greenery ends (image 2).

Step 3STEP 3 OF 3

Step 3

Do a jump throw so the Haunt just goes over the wall and it will land on top of the column.
