Strafe to your right, while facing B main stairs. Align the edge of the wall on your left to the gray metal line in the 2nd picture

Align the 3rd line in your UI (3rd UI line between your cage UI icon and Camera icon) to the bottom of the same gray metal lining (3rd picture)

Throw cage. It should land on top of the entrance of B Main stairs
