Stand on top of the grate on B site that is sitting on the left side of the door to B main (Image 1).

Lookup over the corner of the roof. Align the line underneath the throw icon with the bottom of the wood on the back wall so that where the line starts to drop down on the left side sits where the back wall meets the wall in mid (Image 2).

Once thrown it will land on the corner of the roof and show you all of main, window, and most of courtyard (Image 3).
