Jump, immediately start holding W, and throw, as quickly as you can manage. Doing it too quickly will cause the lineup to just land on the tall box right where its meant to land, and doing it too late will just cause it to land a bit higher up on the roof, creating a bigger blind zone, and if way too late, missing the majority of long. So it's not the biggest deal in the world, but try your best to be precise.
