Aim so that the left-most point of the HUD Ability 2 (Flash/Drive) touches the bottom right corner of the beige square on the wall. (image 2).

Step 3

Throw the Zero/Point and it will land on the roof of the building right next to C Long, effectively suppressing the entire area. (image 3).
