Stand against this wall roughly in the middle of the door and the end of the wall (doesn't need to be perfect).

Look up at the edge of the overhang and aim a bit right (you should be looking at the support beam for the roof). It doesn't matter where you aim along it, the further up you aim the more to the left it will be.

Throw your cage it should look like image 3 when triggered so you can just see the enemies legs.
