Stand against the wall opposite of attacker spawn in Garage. Adjust position until all you see are the opposite walls and not the face of the second wall (Image 1).

Align the right side of the charge bar with the corners of the bottom posters on the opposite wall (Image 2).

Step 3

Fire at full charge&#44 two bounces. It will land at the base of the steps and show you all of Backsite. It may not look like it&#44 but it can look over the steps. (Image 3)
