Stand on top of the box against the wall after coming out of spawn on A short (Image 1).

Aim at the tip of the leaf coming out from under the wall right in front of you (Image 2).

Once thrown, it will land on top of the wall over A site and show you Truck, and most of site (Image 3). Aiming a little to the right or left will let you see more of cubby or showers if you need too.
